On the Go Basics

Here at On the Go our dedication is reflected daily and we aim to surpass the expectations of all our clients. A few of the questions you may have for us are answered below. Q: What are the schools On the Go offers service?

A:  Willis Lane Elementary,  Indian Springs Middle School,  and Keller High. 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Please call about pricing. Typically the cost ranges from $53.50 to $72.50 weekly. We do give family and neighborhood discounts.

Q:  Do you charge for holidays?

A: No, there is no charge for Thanksgiving, Winter or Spring break.

Q: Is there a registration fee?

A: No, there never has been and there never will be.

Q: Do you offer scholarships?

A: We transport students free of charge when there has been a death in the family or serious illness. Your child's school counselor needs to reach out to me. I do not accept donations from the community for this service, it is one that my company has always done totally free of charge---it is just one way we give back to those who support us!

Q: What type of vehicle is driven?

A: A 12 passenger Chevorlet Express. Anything larger than this would feel impersonal.

Q: Is there an additional fee if my student needs to be picked up from school or dropped off at school at a different time?

A: No, we promote students getting involved in extra-curricular activities as well as giving or receiving tutoring if necessary. On the Go will also pick up your child from school and take them home if they become ill and are sent home by the school nurse if you, the parent, are unable to. Detention, however is not excused. There will be a five dollar fee for picking up your child after this or dropping them off at school early. It is not tolerated at school and will not be tolerated here.

Q: When can On the Go be contacted?

A: On the Go can be contacted Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can also contact On the Go on weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. unless your inquiry is urgent. If calling outside of these hours we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How does payment work?

A:  Payment is due on Monday.  A $35 late payment fee will incur on every Wednesday payment is late.  When inquiring about payment, please contact us directly. We fit payment styles to families too achieve a more personal relationship. We accept cash, check, and Pay Pal.  Again, any question not answered here can be answered by contacting us.
